Accademia International Department’s appointments continue: on 5th of April the headquarters welcomed a delegation of students from the Austrian Institute “Hak Has Zell Am See” (Federal Trade Academy and Federal Trade School) in collaboration with the Institute Idea Verona Academic Institute.

Our Austrian guests have worked with Andrea Carlin, Chef, Consultant and Teacher, preparing fresh stuffed pasta with ricotta and spinach made entirely by hand.

This unique opportunity was just a small taste of what Academy offers to students. Recipes far from those of home, using ancient techniques handed down from generations, accompanied by a professional chef who dispenses advice in a professional kitchen, are not everyday things.

A big thank you to the Councillor of the Province of Verona, Stefano Marcolini, the Councilman of the City of Verona Leonardo Ferrari and  the Director of our headquarters in Verona Diego Marchiori.
