Thanks to the invitation of the Italian Ambassador in Turkey Massimo Gaiani, Chef Samuele Beccaro anch his team will partecipate to a series of important institutional events. Masterclass of Italian Cuisine in two of the most prestigious universities in the city

Ambassador of Italian Cuisine

From 16th to 20th of September our Academy will be hosted at Palazzo Venezia in Istanbul, the residence of the new Italian Ambassador in Turkey Massimo Gaiani.

Chef Samuele Beccaro (Executive Chef with many experiences abroad and Teacher of reference for the laboratory lessons) with Moira Beccaro (Restaurant Operator Manager and Teacher), Flavio Callegari (Food&Beverage Manager) will participate in a series of events organized by the local delegation of Accademia Italiana della Cucina in collaboration with the Embassy of Italy in order to promote the culture of Italian cuisine and all the typical Venetian cuisine.

These days will be an opportunity to discuss during the press conference and at Yeditepe University and Ozyeğin Univerisity current issues such as KM0, biodiversity, security and will focus on a topic of extraordinary social and environmental importance such as the prevention and reduction of food waste.
