25 delegates of Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education have visited the headquarters of Accademia delle Professioni, selected as an example of excellence in Italy

Workshop and explanation of our educational model

From the Gyeongsangbuk Region in South Korea to Padua. 25 Korean teachers and their interpreters have come to Academy’s headquarters thanks to a program of professional growth and updating wanted and organized by the Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education (Korean Ministry of Education).

A further opportunity to deepen the activity carried out on the International market that sees teachers, consultants and professionals of the Academy cross the national thresholds with recurring activities in Taiwan (at Ming Tai High School with the project AMICA Accademia Mediterranea e Italiana della Cucina in Asia), in Tehran in Iran, and soon also in the capital of Turkey, Istanbul. Not to forget the activity of “incoming” with the PROFESSIONAL COURSE IN ITALIAN CUISINE & FOOD CULTURE, Master dedicated to F&B professionals who periodically welcomes students from all over the world at Verona’s headquarters.

The Korean delegation, composed of teachers selected by the Ministry among the major Korean High Schools that operate in the food&beverage and agri-food, were accompanied among the many educational workshops of the Academy: from Cuisine to Pastry, from the educational Brewery to the Laboratory of Chemistry and Microbiology realized with the contribution of the Ca’ Foscari University.

The focus of the visit is a deep study on the professional educational method and understand the customer/student satisfaction and the connection with the world of work after graduation that our Academy applies to return in Korea and give to the students the best educational experience possibile.
