Video Interview: Henrique Josè Garcia from Oceanographer to Head Chef

A short cooking course can change the point of view of our life. That’s happened to William Andriolo.

The decision and his new life

Here the original Interview in Italian to Henrique Josè Garcia.

Henrique Josè, Brazilian, decided in 2010 to come and live in Italy and started working as an Oceanographer.
In 2017 he left his job and began the search for the gastronomic world. After reading interesting reviews of our Academy he enrolled in the Cooking Course.

Henrique speaks about our Cooking Course as a challenging but fun experience, which will remind many friends and acquaintances.

Today I ask myself: “Why didn’t I do it sooner? I found myself again. I used to be happy, but today I’m complete, happy and fulfilled, and having fun in the kitchen.”

Henrique works as Head Chef at the cocktail bar restaurant “Gesto, fai il tuo” renowned Milanese brand.
