A lesson about fresh stuffed pasta
For several years US university students have had the opportunity to spend a period abroad in Verona to enhance the Italian language and discover the history of art and opera music and the gastronomic traditions of our country. Their training experience since last year is enriched by the collaboration between Accademia and the language training center Idea Verona.
On 8th of March the students of the University of Urbana-Champaign visited with their teachers Accademia International Department in Verona. To welcome them, in addition to the director Diego Marchiori, also the City Councillor Leonardo Ferrari and the Provincial Councillor Stefano Marcolini.
For the occasion, the Bakery Chef Marco Zannin gave a cooking lesson on risotto and stuffed pasta.
Good job guys!
